About the event
The seminal Christie Commission report on public service reform published in 2011, stated that all ‘public service providers should be required to demonstrate clearly how their expenditure is driving the achievement of better outcomes through coordinated, collaborative working’.
A key recommendation from the Commission was that service providers improve performance and reduce costs by identifying opportunities for collaboration, co-location and sharing of services.
To deliver public sector reform, including community empowerment and integration of health and social care, enhanced partnership working and multi-occupancy of the public sector estate is essential.
Now entering its ninth year, and having welcomed hundreds of delegates from across the country, Holyrood's annual Asset Management event is firmly established as a vital event on the calendar for asset management professionals and senior management alike. Join us for a day of policy and practice as we examine how our public assets can best be utilised to improve services and outcomes for users and practitioners.
