Registers of Scotland

Registers of Scotland (RoS) is the non-ministerial government department responsible for compiling and maintaining 17 public registers, mostly relating to land and property.

In 2014, Scottish Ministers invited RoS to complete the Land Register of Scotland by 2024, with all public land registered by 2019.

A completed land register will be a national asset for Scotland, making future property transactions easier, faster, and cheaper. It will give owners greater security of title with a state backed guarantee. The single, comprehensive, publicly searchable register will allow anyone to find out exactly who owns what across the country.

Installing a powerPerfector ensures energy, cost and carbon savings by efficiently optimising a building’s electrical supply. This allows equipment to operate more efficiently and consume less energy whilst the embedded power conditioning benefits make a powerPerfector ideal for increasing business security.

powerPerfector technologies have recently evolved with the introduction of the most advanced electronic voltage control technology available – the powerPerfector iQ.  With power quality diminishing across the UK the new iQ ensures that;

  • Existing savings are improved by up to 30%
  • Voltage instability is eliminated.
  • Equipment efficiency is maximised due to active 3 phase balancing.
  • Precise output voltage control is provided across the whole site.
